WOW, this is tough for me. It's like 2 of the most GOD awful oranges ever created. It's like leaving the bar at closing and the only women left are the big ugly chick or Caitlyn. Do I lower my standards to get some and hope I don't remember anything? Can I ever forgive myself? Anyone have a ROOFIE!!??!?

Someone shoot me.

OKlite...i can deal with winning ...The "Bonghorns" i cant take they have 1 good game and all of a sudden they feel they'll be competing next year for a Title. with the familiar "Were a young team" phrase ..at least OKlite doesnt have a built in moniker for losing or winning IMO

Easy for me, I always pull for the Pokes as an Oklahoma team over anyone other than the Sooners (wish that was reciprocated but oh well). Here is where I hope they visit before the game:

On second thought, I hope there will be some bad clams served to both teams as the pre-game meal and they come down with a raging case of the drizzling squirts. This results in neither team having enough players to field a team and the game gets cancelled. :)
Lol, that would be the *****:D

Never root for shorthorns...so guess it's the orange clowns from the stool. I picked a 33-20 score. Turnovers will doom the shorthorns....

I think the pokies will totally fry Heards brain.
He's too new to get away with his red-shirt freshman beginners luck. Horns going down again for the third time this season.

That's got to be a beotch.

Texas has two losses already, not so for Okie St. For this reason, I'm thinking a W for Texas is best for OU.

This»»»,«^^^^^^ OSU isn't any good. Not that Texas is..... But they're not like the High Schools that OSU has been playing and I don't think Texas will turn it over like the High School team that OSU played. I would take Texas and the points all day long.

Need Texas to turn the corner. A relevant Texas is much more important to the big xii. OSU will never be relevant so why root for these losers win? Anyway, could not root for anyone that play's OSU's early season schedules.

Horns 34 - Cowpokes 23

I used to feel this way. I don't now. The Big XII will never be as relevant as it should until there are at least 12 conference members. With only 10 members, there will always be a legitimate argument against including "on the bubble" potential playoff teams. When it is an obvious choice....the number may not be an issue and should not, but when its close, the Big XII is at risk in losing out to an equally talented PAC, B10, SEC or even ACC team because the Big XII only has 10 conference members and doesn't have a conference championship game. So, with that in mind, I no longer give a rats butt if Texas is a bottom conference dweller. I hate to lose to OSU more than I do Texas, but in the case of Texas versus O-State, I rather an Oklahoma school win especially now that Texas is apparently going to stink it up for a few more years.

fitty, I've been busy at Baylor painting housing while students were away. After Baylor reported, older daughter had 7 move outs in her duplexes I had to make ready for new tenants. I'm through for a while.

And I'm afraid to mention Pope Karl on these pages. Political?

Go for it.

Your writing style is unique in that you can make a salient, solid point without pissing anyone off.

It's a gift that has eluded me. :D

OSU fans will NEVER pull for OU. We could be playing for the national championship and they would want us to lose. This is why I can never let myself root for those worthless aggies again.

Here's a little secret. The OSU ladies love the OU guys. Fact. They look at their homely OSU guys and wonder how they ever got hooked up with such a buck-toothed bumpkin. Just ask Baker Mayfield, who's lady attends OSU. So here's to the OSU ladies, especially the ones who give the OSU logo that out-in-front projected 3D appearance when they wear their T-shirts. Screw Texas.

This one is easy for me. I'm guessing most of you don't realize I'm an oSu grad. Ride 'Em Cowboys!

That being said, 4 years in Stillwater wasn't enough to overcome a lifelong love for the Sooners. I couldn't root for Texas under any circumstances.

Now that I can appreciate. Although...4 years in Stillwater would give me a great appreciation for Ovis. It's a little remote but perspective is what matters. <grin>
