After watching tonight, and comparing OU vs KState up against Baylor vs KState, both in Manhattan, you have to have at least a little confidence about the trip to Waco. No guarantees, but I'm pretty sure we're a lot better than the team that lost to the Bears by 7.
We surely are. But I know that you know that comparative scores are really less than meaningless in a world where most individuals teams look different on any given game day regardless of the opposition.
If you throw in a new QB, a trap game, a team that tends to play much better at home than on the road, and their best defender coming back from out, all the more reason to try not to draw too many conclusions.
We do know this - they are not as good as they were prior to the QB going down.
