I'm not 100% certain, but I think CAMPING WORLD is sponsoring this game...

Ole Miss looking good out of the gate, but kinda hoping FSU pulls this one out.

IMO FSU is vulnerable right now. They lost their QB a few weeks ago and then had some off the field issues suspending their strength coach for a DUI. They are likely distracted and also still figuring out how to roll with a frosh QB. If they dont score on big plays they may struggle until they can settle this frosh down. IMO they are very vulnerable these first few games.

I didnt tune in until 6 minutes left in the first and they were down 7 but since then they have chewed up the field and Francois had made several good plays (that wheel route to Cook on the long 3rd down was amazing). He struggles in the red zone though which should be expected with a youngin at QB. Fortunately for them FSU is one of the elites so losing a QB isnt as big as most other teams. Ole Miss needs this game to be tight late if they want to win. You want the young fella on the field trailing with a couple minutes to go. Even the best tend to crack at some point, especially freshman.

You have to pull for your conference foes though. In this day and age I only pull against them if were playing them. So GO Ole Miss. SEC needs a big win right now.

By watching this game an watching our team you can see we have no Off Line or Def Line same thing in watching Texas or ND,our O Line averages 6-5 an 310 lbs but So Miss d line was about 275 per man an we couldn't open any holes for our running backs O Line has not shown any improvement since Stoops has been here, you cant win football with no O Line or D Line players

Im puzzled at our situation. I knew this year would be a tweener year, one bounce here or there kinda year. My real reservations are in player development. Its seemingly non-existent. Im not ready to run Stoops out yet but I have to be honest. If the recruiting really is as good as the rankings say there is no reason to be losing in monumental come from ahead fashion to the likes of S Miss at home. Had that been a nail biter where we were out of sync and a back and forth affair it would be easier to handle, but that it wasnt. We just collpased. IMO this just puts the staff on their toes a bit sooner than expected. The clock is now ticking. The rest of this year and all of next determines their fate whether we like it or not.

I hope they pull it off. Starting over is not the way to build a program. Its even harder when you consider the fact that most other teams that start over leave better situations than what a first year coach at UK walks into. Its always a mess, rock bottom and starting at square one. Ive watched the cycle for all of my 61 years. Im out of wiat till next years. Hell soon Ill be out of years. I just want to see a consistet winner before the clock stirkes midnight. My ROI on our football program statistically is the worst investment Ive made in life and Ive made a few dandies.

Francois was thought to be the leader before McGuire got hurt. He has looked like a frosh tonight at times. Ole Miss offense dominated this first half.

I can't ever support cheating teams like Ole Miss or Auburn. I can't stand teams that buy players.

Never claimed that I did there city slicker. How is E5 by the way? Enough weed to keep him going? FSU was rattled, QB was 0/6 in red zone...where oh where did I go wrong there football guru? Ole Miss is made of toilet paper, we can see that. FSU got their bearings, adjusted at half and suddenly their QB has confidence. It happens in every sport. Ill admit I coached hoops for 25 years, never football. Always loved football more but in my time everybody round here put their kids in hoops. Please explain where I went wrong here to offend you so bad to log into a rivals board and take a cheap shot? I took no shots at your juggernaut, or your conference. Nothing I said about FSU was factually incorrect at the time. Closet FSU fan maybe? Or just living vicariously through your conference like most losers do? Fill us in there you genius you...
