One question that still remains. Did Alton score a fall on that throw? Some people think he did but the ref was too slow to look. If Alton had been awarded the pin, it would’ve been a 9 point reversal in team score, and Iowa would have gotten their first taste of things to come. (No matter because that which is inevitable, is inevitable.)

I thought Alton had the pin.......Alton Brother throws were typically really quick so a ref might be out of position.
