95 degrees and 95% (relative) humidity can't happen.
95 degrees and 80% humidity feels like 134 degrees (in the shade). Everyone agrees that's hot. It's pretty much guaranteed heatstroke/death (if untreated) with any prolonged exposure, no matter how accustomed you are to heat and/or humidity.
