I think the horrible shooting in the first half affected the game much more. But the no/call and the T definitively ended the run.

It would have been pretty exciting to suddenly have a 3 point game instead of a 7 point game though. I don't fault CC for the foul it was his emotion and attitude translated into the guys at half time that put a fire under them in the first place. The refs just poured some gas on it.
