People want to knock the "talent" - but I don't see the talent as being appreciably different than the last 15 years. We never had 4 and 5 star "talent" and we still don't. We were consistently at 3 stars then and we are consistently at 3 stars now. I don't see a "talent" drop off. I see a performance drop off.

Brandon Joseph isn't going to be 1st team AA this year. Did his talent get worse?

Jim O'Neil was the worst hire of Pat Fitzgerald's coaching career. I suspect we'll have him here another 5-6 years, when he shouldn't be here 5-6 more minutes. That was clear from literally the first play of the season.

Hankwitz bailed this team out for a long time. Not that we didn't know, but we're truly seeing how valuable he is this year.

Yes. People attacked me for questioning this hire from the get go. But it really was that bad. Why, Fitzy? Why?

Is there any chance Hankwitz’s son is a chip off the old block and available to join our staff?

The talent is different this year at least on defense. OK the first few games were coaching and new players but it has become apparent this defensive team overall is smaller and not as strong and physical as their opponents.
