Mueller did not write the report that he signed off on. He had no clue on many occasions about what was being asked regarding the questions.

I learned that many in Washington, and around the nation for that matter, just don't get it.

Dems insisted that Mueller attend their Trump Roast and cookout, even delayed the event a week so he could study for the event and prepare for the Dem questions. Poor guy spent the better part of the next 8 hours tripping over his own tongue and sounding as if dementia has set in. After watching this terrible example of a hearing, I have come to the conclusion(not collusion) that Meuller wasn't capable of writing his report. Dems now sorry for insisting on the hearing, Went to a Trump Roast and all they got was a "Turd Burger"..
