The fact that Mueller is still special prosecutor makes it hard for me to understand. He absolutely has the authority to fire him and he hasnt been fired so he clearly didnt execute that order.

  1. Does Trump, as president, have the authority and capability to fire a special prosecutor?
  2. Is Mueller still a special prosecutor? Did his employment stop after it started?

According to the story, assuming it is true Trump "ordered" the white house legal counsel to tell the AG office to fire Mueller. He refused and threatened to quit. He told trump to do it himself. Trump didnt. That is where this story is different than Archibald Cox. Kkkuntrywrong again.

I was putting together general notes for a DOH job. There is a spec in the road and bridge specifications for poured concrete foundations. I emailed them to correct it immediately.

Bork fired Cox at Nixon's directive. Only a judicial order changed that. No such headlines last year for Mueller:

Trump ordered McGahn to fire Mueller and he refused and WH counsel threatened to resign and trump backed down.

Nixon never fired Cox himself.

Trump never fired Mueller.

Impeachment charges were drafted against Nixon and he resigned before he was impeached.

Cox was fired for disobeying an order. The AG & asst. AG resigned because Nixon ordered them to fire Cox. Trump didnt fire anyone. Nobody resigned. The story is that Trump didnt fire Mueller. The facts dont care about yiur feelings.
