I've been to several USC-VU games in Nashville when we had far better talent than we have now, each time we were lucky to get out with a win. Also don't forget, SOS lost two games to VU before the great run.

It won't come easy, that's for sure. They made Mizzou work for it at Mizzou and they barely scraped by. Mizzou came into our house and kicked our butts.

It's pretty damning that we are only a 7 point favorite, considering Vandy has one of the worst defenses in college football.

Vandy is terrible on defense (among the worst in the nation) and pretty bad on offense, though not much worse than us. If the offense can look decent in this game, then I will change my tune and say "Fire Satt midseason". They are the second worst defense we will face this season and not much better than Charlotte.

Vandy is terrible on both sides of the ball. If we can't beat them in Beamer's second year, which is supposed to get the "year 2 bump", we might have some deeper problems than Satterfield.
