First off,I'll just say I feel awful for Corral. Not sure of the extent of this knee injury.
And I'm not taking a side on this issue. I can see where this young man was coming from playing in this game for his teammates. It's also easy to see why so many go the other way.šŸ˜”

I’m a fan now. I hope he comes back better than before.

And if he doesn’t? This kid will be successful at whatever he does. I would be surprised if some well heeled UM Alum(s) isn’t appreciative of his ā€œteamā€ spirit. He will be ok.

Probably VERY ok.

Saw somewhere it was ankle not knee but not sure about that. If it is ankle his draft position should hold, hell he may even move up you had to drag this kid off the field.

The system is broken they need to quit faking this as amateur sports joke. The lib institutions are raking in billions in college athletics. The elites raking in the $ probably can't name 3 players on the team. They give no fvcks about the players or fans.

Pay the players a salary proportionate to what they do out there and make the contracts through the bowl games. This takes care of the players and the fans stay engaged.

The issue, look at this pie chart. This is a ton of $. There has to be a way. The Supreme Court got the ball rolling unanimously favoring the players to get some $. Why not let them get some of the actual $ they generate. No, the scholarship is not proportionate to what is being raked in.

I say pay them a salary and then
Let them pay for their room & board their tuition and the equipment they use. That’s what the other students have to do.
