Illinois gave up 5.5 yards per rush attempt, and Oregon has Raiola throw it 41 times. (And they didn’t HAVE to start throwing on every play until very late when Illinois scored to go up a couple possessions). Illinois hasn’t stopped the run all year, and the run was working every time they handed off.

Perhaps...some is attributed to Timmy Mac insisting that Duff not beat us, which worked. However, giving up Trey Sermon level of rushing isnt any better.

JonJon is doing well but he's not Bobby Fitz. If Robert is back next week , he will mask a lot of gaffes by making them 9 yard gains instead of 59 yard gains. Frosted Flakes will also help

That is interesting, I wonder what they did for our game because the news articles I googled from last year state that the PSU game was Jerry’s first as OC calling plays.
