Not saying the Washington QB is better but his skill set exploited our defense perhaps better than the Ducks QB will. The impending boat race will be more due to our O being shut down, short fields and special teams. Given the historic UW QB performance, it will be highly unlikely anyone tops it anytime soon no matter how talented
