The Ducks officially unveiled their "Mummy Duck" look, a black and white uniform combination fit with glow-in-the-dark accessories that will be worn this weekend for the No. 5 Oregon game vs. No. 2 Penn State in Beaver Stadium on Saturday night.
The "Mummy Duck" look will feature black helmets with silver wings on the sides and black pants. They will also have white jersey tops, much like Oregon wore for the road game against Wisconsin a year ago. In a twist this year, though, the Ducks will be wearing glow-in-the-dark accessories, including cleats, gloves, and arm bands that are made to look like mummy wrap.
Oregon unveiled the Mummy Duck Vaporized Cleats on Sunday afternoon, hinting at more glow-in-the-dark features to come with the full reveal. While many fans were hoping that Oregon would wear the "stormtrooper" look — all white from head to toe — for the whiteout game, the Ducks instead opted for a black-and-white combination, reminiscent of the "Mummy Duck" look.
