Thought we would head over to the Inner Harbor yesterday. Big mistake.....after getting on Pratt St. we moved about two blocks in 45 minutes and traffic everywhere looked like a total cluster. Changed plans bailed and headed to Annapolis. Is it always that bad in Charm City these days?

Not usually. With that said, Annapolis is always the better option.

Agreed. When I lived in the DC area, Baltimore was the last choice for places to visit. Annapolis was always a pretty relaxing trip though. I like that town a lot.
