None of these teams are scouting to stop Oscar right now because these are mostly mop up minutes. Things will get harder him the more minutes he plays and impacts games. NBA players are athletic freaks, like Oscar. But it becomes very hard if you're a one trick pony.

I love Oscar and it would be great to see him succeed. The NBA would be better for it too. But he's still got a long, hard road. Wishing him the best!

Oscar made some correct statements about the teams lack of preparedness after an early loss his senior season and also dared criticise Cal. Cal never forgot or forgave him and began making subtle,and toward seasons end not so subtle,criticism of Oscar. Cal was,is and will forever be a vindictive PRICK. So happy Oscar is finally getting a shot and that Cal is gone.

Could you imagine Oscar playing for a good coach? He's really not the type of center that Pope uses but could you see him under Joe B Hall? He's the type of center that would have been crazy good under Hall.

Oscar was a Tubby Smith kind of player ... ala Chuck Hayes.
