My gut says yes. Key considerations: attendance is neutral with limited fans allowed; because of proximity conceivably no overnight stay for our team (TU positive); Western Illinois cost less to pay for playing the game (negative for us) assuming no buyouts due to pandemic and fan interest (TU positive).

Course us playing them in Tulsa turns it more neutral next year.
