My family can't wait. My daughter was in tears after the finger snap of doom and my son just found a ring that looks like the infinity gauntlet so he is walking around wearing that thing like the Mac daddy of Marvel. Should be fun.

I'll watch it. I'll be doggoned if I watch it during opening weekend though. I'd rather watch a four corners game then watch a blockbuster during opening weekend. Ironically enough, I go out of my way to Chapel Hill to a spot that has a lot less traffic. Rarely have to deal with annoying movie theater crowds.

I have a feeling this is going to piss some of you off, but...

I really don’t know what you’re talking about. Haven’t seen the movies.

First of all, why the hell would you go to Chapel Hill for anything!?!?! I’d take my chances off Holloway St. at midnight wearing all white than to go to Chapel Hill for anything.

Loooking forward to seeing how it all ends. They’ve done a fantastic job building to this final movie. I’m a DC guy though.

It’s not the final movie. Marvel is making too much money to end it.

Holloway St is definitely a rough area but then again most of Durham has gotten to the point where it’s really sketchy. I saw a news article shared on Facebook the other day about a security guard got stabbed at Streets at Southpoint Mall after he caught to females shoplifting.

Definitely not battling opening weekend crowds, but I will surely see it. They really have done a good job weaving these films together. They have done something unprecedented in movies, as far as telling a long form story in the same way all these really great TV shows have (Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, etc.), but on a cinematic scale.

My son and I are seeing it opening day. We watched infinity wars last night to get ready for it. I’m sure we will watch it again a couple more times before the 26th!

I am typically in the same boat. I used to go right away for Star Wars and the Lord of the Rings movies. These days I'm content to wait 2 weeks after opening, haha. Though it's hard to stay away from the internet for that long.

I've taken to waiting a week or two, and then going to the latest possible show on like a Tuesday night. Of course for Endgame, that one will be as crowded as any.

Disney's issue was they came out of the gate with Rogue One, which was awesome. Now all the others have to be that good, haha.

I like the morning shows if they are available. Like 10:30. The theaters around here that do them have them for half price.

I have to say, Marvel has hit it out of the damn park.

I think the keys are...

A) the humor

and

B) the actors.

If you think about the actors... holy ****, they have had some AMAZING ones, and ones that are both perfect for their parts and who also have GOBS of charm. Robert Downey Jr., Sam Jackson, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Chris Pratt, Chadwick Boseman, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, Paul Rudd, Mike Douglas, Tom Hiddleston, Lupita Nyongo, Jeremy Renner... the list goes on and on and on and ON... even into the secondary characters and voice actors, with Andy Serkis and James Spader and Bradley Cooper and Jeff Goldblum and Gwenyth Paltrow and Stellen Skarsgaard and Idris Elba... They really have gotten FANTASTIC, charismatic actors across the board, the the movies benefit SO much from it.

They really have done an incredible job with casting. So few (if any) missteps with such high profile projects is crazy.
