Son was accepted into the above and is weighing his options of schools.

Just wondering if there are any alums here that could offer any advice.

We visited yesterday and as impressive as it was, we have a TV Studio in our High School so they didn’t show us anything he wasn’t already at least familiar with.

One of his “dreams” is to be an on field cameraman at the Super Bowl (and preferably for an Iggles victory - they’re his team not mine lol).

This board had always been a treasure trove of info and support outside of PSU sports so, again, ant feedback or advice is appreciated !

I've been in the media for 25+ years and would be happy to answer any questions you or he might have about the business. I'm not a PSU alum so I can't speak for Bellisario.

We live close to Bloomsburg and he is accepted there too

he’s taking “early college” classes now at Bloom and should have one year down when he gets to college.

Obviously cost is a consideration for what he decides but I feel as if the experiences and opportunities will be better at PSU.

Amanda Balionis was my next door neighbor. You might have seen her on golf broadcasts or some other sports occasionally. She graduated from Hofstra. She initially had a hard time getting a start. My sage advice was get into pharmaceutical sales as it pays well and doctors usually see a pretty rep. LOL. It took her some time to work up to the big channels. This ranking has PSU at 12. Good luck to your son wherever he choses to go.
