First, Please don't kick this off the HOB forum. I almost posted this in the paddock but I know it is just going to get hijacked. Need legit opinions on this... My buddy just bought a bidet attachment for his toilet. He freaking swears by it. I myself am now thinking about buying one too just to see what the fuss is about. Runs $40-$50. Anyone have one or know anything? Is it worth it?

Bidets are awesome. When we build our next house, it is a must for me.
Those baby wipes are the primary cause for that huge clog in england. And still, a bidet removes the need for all of that.
I have one and love the thing. Warm seat, moveable nozzle (good for ladies post-coitus), and drying action. Also cuts down on Second Wipe Syndrome.
Hell, even my 11 year old uses it! He’s been using it since he was 6 and he’ll spend 20 minutes in there reading!

I saw some of those seats... They are a tad out of my price range right now. But look well worth the investment.
Just had one put in our master bath remodel. Will change your life, but way more than $50. More like $500 for a good one.
When we move into our new house I may look at buying the entire toilet that has one implemented. But its between that and the really fancy $300 seat that is heated and has the dryer and everything.
Isn't Mark Cuban a big investor of the bidet? I wouldn't mind trying it for a week or so before laying out $500 for a nice one. Agree it's not a bad ideal though.
My heart lies still with Arsenal---- Thierry Henry was the entire reason I got into the sport. While Kroenke seems like a ****** owner, it is what it is. I do like Pep tactically, but makes no sense to be a fan of his team because he moves around so much. Also find it funny that Thierry got fired from AS Monaco for calling a players mother a *****.... Did not think he had that in him lol
My teams are as follows in soccer in the Major Leagues:
Premier League: Arsenal is my fav, and I low key root for the Wolves just because their crest and name is awesome.
Bundesliga - With the recent addition of Tyler Adams, Ima go with RB Leipzig. And again, I low key root for Wolfsburg due to the whole Wolf thing and I believe that is who John Brooks plays for.
La Liga- Screw Barca. Screw Real Madrid. Sevilla is definitely my fav there. I have visited Sevilla, Malaga and Cordoba in the Andalucia region. Its absolutely beautiful. Plus to me Sevilla is kinda like the Arsenal of Spain. They produce a ton of future stars such as Sergio Ramos, Luca Modric, Ivan Rakitic, and some others and operate on a cheaper budget but consistently find themselves in top 4 or 5.
Italy - AC Milan. This was my favorite team to watch when I began watching. So much history too. I don't mind Napoli either... They are like the red headed step child in that league. Was in Rome talking to a dude one time and he was a massive Lazio fan and he said "f**k Napoli, anything south of Rome is Africa as far as I am concerned lol". Plus the whole Maradona thing.

I don't know about the regular bidet but the snazzy Japanese seats are fantastic, particularly during a good stretch of leftover chilli. The Panasonic model was a bullseye every time too. I assume they stole some missile targeting system or something.
I could sit with the warm air dry until my legs went numb.
It's also strange that a nice warm toilet seat when you wake up is awesome, but a warm toilet seat in a public bathroom is disgusting.

I have one and love it. Here are my thoughts: if you had poop on your arm you would not be satisfied with just wiping it off, you would want to wash it off. Same thing should apply for your butthole imo. A little wash, pat it dry, move on. You'll not be coming back to rewipe due to itchy butt later either.
Baby wipes of any kind aren't sewage friendly no matter what the manufacturer says. They take significantly longer to deteriorate than toilet paper.
YOu can get good ones on Amazon for under $100. Assuming you are talking about the kind you add to your existing toilet instead of a standalone bidet.

I just can’t get down with a bidet. First off I don’t want toilet water hitting me, period. I don’t care if it’s “clean” or not. But let’s say you have the bubble guts and it’s explosive, does that mean it’ll also initially spray you with ****?
Honestly I’d rather just take a shower after a **** than use one.

It's not toilet water. It's water from your water main just like the same water that comes out of your faucet in your bathroom. Basically with the attachment there is a t joint that goes on the intake valve to your tank to your toilet that diverts water to the bidet . When you use the water for the bidet it is not water that is currently in your toilet bowl or tank.
I installed it last night and it's pretty much amazing.
Yup the thing I have has a dryer as well so there is literally no use for TP anymore.
I thought maybe there might be an opportunity for a new product "KOOTER KLEANER" maybe pitch it on Shark Tank
