Can bitcoin easily be changed to real dollars? How? Someone mentioned (not on this thread) something about using the Metatrader4 app? I have no clue..... Seems like monopoly money.

I am on several exchanges. It is very easy to exchange from any token to USD. You establish your account and set up where you add and send money. It is real Dick and Jane.

Trading, make no mistake you can loose your shirt in this. I just really got in heavy a year ago. I am a buy and hold guy. I have those bags stashed. I start trading the beginning of March. You need not to get emotional with the trade. I bought a token that I would hold regardless. Bought it and immediately set a Limit Order for 40% of my purchase cost and fees. Sold it and walked away to the next trade. It went up a little more then drop. The key is to set your trade and stay with it. I might have caught the high or caught the drop. With a limit it takes care of itself.

One more thing. I only keep a small amount on the exchanges. I move the big stuff to my Ledger X - cold storage.
