OT: CBS broadcasts

Was watching Memphis and UConn on CBS and it occurred to me that Duke hasn’t played much in CBS this year. Last year we only had one CBS game against Miami, and this year, I don’t see on our schedule where it says we have a CBS broadcast as of now. Anyone know why we don’t play on CBS much anymore? Heck I remember the last Duke/UNC game of the season was always on CBS back in the day.

I don’t know this for sure, but I’m guessing it has something to do with ESPN and their partnership with the ACCN.

We haven’t played any on ESPN-U this year either.. I’m sure that’s because of the ACC Network though.. or Fox Sports South.

I think ESPN has a partnership with the SEC also, and they had the U.K./Louisville game on CBS and then they had Auburn/Florida game on CBS also.
