The vast majority of the highest rated programs on network TV are NFL games. That was true long before Taylor Swift started dating Travis Kelce and it will be just as true when she drops him like a Pat Mahomes pass at crunch time.

I don't think the announcers referred to the rain once even though it was obviously raining like hell (the shots of Donna Kelce in the suite were very blurry to say the least) and even though the rain was certainly a factor (as with the drops).

I'm sure you've heard the saying that "you can't be too rich or too thin." Even the NFL likes getting more viewers because it means higher payouts from TV in the next contract. But I think you're right that the relationship will not last long.
