For those saying we shoulda kept Chol because he did so well at CC

Well in game 1 for NM he started, but had just 9pts and 3rebs on 4-10 FG with 1-6 from 3.

Rule #1 - don't judge a player on 1 game, especially the first game of the season. It makes you look....well, you know the word.

And when did 9 points a game become horrible for college? Sure, he had a off shooting game but again, it's 1 game.

Easy to have an off night shooting the 3. If he hit one more he would have shot 33% from 3, 50% from the field and finished with 12 points. Certainly not a nightmare start.

Darko was an odd situation - it was late in the recruiting cycle and they had nobody realistically on their radar – – they got a tip from someone they trusted and rolled the dice and offered the open spot to this guy almost sight unseen.
