If you go on Reddit, it is mind-blowing what people are having to go through to even get an interview. Sometimes folks are having to go through 5-7 rounds. Even those stupid "phone screens". I'm hoping that in 2025 or so we'll start manufacturing more things here in the US, and maybe tougher immigration will ease things.

I had to do six interviews to get mine and I had a connection to the job

I'd probably say "whatever was said in the last interview will be repeated here, but I'll be swapping out their names with yours"

I've actually told doctors that. They ask me the SAME QUESTIONS that the MA asked me and I told the doctor "whatever you see in the MA's notes are my answers", got a laugh.

EDIT: they'd probably ask why I was doing that and I'd say "it's my built-in redundancy checker, all about efficiency".

I mean, WTH kind of question is that? I'd tell them "Oh, I'm a dick. Do you really want me being nice and tying up our phone lines?" I'm just fed up with all the ********, that's where my weird humor comes from. It quite often doesn't come through for me, but ain't life funny?
