They used to play Dark SIde at the planetarium for the night show, dim the lights, and project a star studded sky that slowly circulated ,as if you were traveling within your own spacecraft .
Totally Awesome.

My 21 year old daughter got a turntable this past christmas. This is one of the first albums she bought. One the one hand, I'm very proud. On the other, a little concerned. Lol

I liked Obscured By Clouds. Thought Dark Side had too much filler for such a short album.

I was late to this game but bought the Mobile Fidelity copy of "Dark Side" in 1980 and was immediately immersed in its brilliance.

Who all went to see Pink Floyd when they played at Clemson? I went, I think maybe it was 1994? Great Time!

Great Choice.
At the time Mobile Fidelity was an audiophiles dream
Really a shame about the MoFi catalog since 2011 and ensuing lawsuit.

DSOTM is a great album. But Wish You Were Here is a better album. :)

Bought the album shortly after it came out. May have partaken in some left handed tobacco while listening to “Dark Side of The Moon”???? I have about half of the album on one of my Spotify Playlists. Classic stuff, from a very, very talented group, albeit fractured and at odds much of the time. Shame, there’s no love lost between a few members, for decades now.
