If so, let's discuss. I need to vent over this episode.

You realize this will get moved to the Paddock pretty quickly? But, stay tuned for next week when Cersei makes her walk of shame.

This is okay with me on many levels. Next week will also bring the typical episode 9 battle/dramatic scene (which usually ends in my disappointment because a character I don't want to die, dies).

It was a great episode! White Walkers......yikes!

Yes, you could say that last night's final scene was "bone chilling" (bad white walker pun). I loved that entire battle though.

"Bran was ruled ineligible for this season."

...Hodor was too, unfortunately.

Episode 9 someone always dies.

Someone dies every episode, but the big one(s) may be episode 10 (Mother's Mercy). The obvious storyline will be Cersie's walk, but most GOT titles have double and triple meaning and there is one particular mother who is also called "mother mercy" who could be doing some serious "house cleaning" if she shows up. If you've read the books, you know...

Where would she even show up? I suppose she could make an entrance now, but I wouldn't know where. Martin said she wasn't coming back, but I don't buy that for a second.

Now, besides that, somebody of note always dies in episode 9. I think we can all safely assume Ramsay Bolton and Stannis Baratheon will square off in the next episode, so let's see what happens. I have a good idea of what happens in episode 10 that's notable though (not pertaining to the spoiler above).

Looked pretty straight forward to me. Jon Snow againest a bunch of Louisville fans.

No, I do not think Tyrion would make a good point guard.

Lastly, Reek got his degree from UNC.

Oh, Hodor was, in fact, one of the officials in the Wisconsin game.

The storyline of Cersie's walk will be big. Still, that charicter has away of making people pay dearly for any harm that comes her way.

Who knows what will come...as we've seen before, they're not afraid to tweak or completely avoid book storylines, as well as insert new ones.

Last nights episode was incredibly off base, except for the part where Cersei is miserable (thankfully).

Hodor?
And you're telling me that quick Rick was the white walker that raised all of the dead wildlings in 15 seconds?

who's that?

That would appear to be Jon Snow and Stannis' captain (whose name slips my mind). Just call him "The Onion Knight" (Really, that's a nickname of his).

Game of Thrones Character Jon Snow. Jon Snow is the bastard son of Eddard Stark, by a mother whose identity is a source of speculation. Also leader of the Night's Watch.

It would appear that you don't know a few of the fan theories lol.

IMO, Jon Snow will be seriously wounded in Episode 10 and cliffhanger will be wether he will survive.I think someone in Night's Watch rednecks him over deal with the wildlings.

Well, the metaphorical cat is out of the metaphorical bag now. Yes, that would be her. At the end of last season (where many people expected to make an appearance for the first time since a certain wedding), and R. R. Martin said he would not bring her back because that would be wrong and such, well, maybe on episode 10 of this season.

I'm going to do a class over spoilers lol. Yeah, I expect it to be the little boy that talked to Samwell Tarly that shanks him. I'll join the spoiler party. Melisandre (the red woman) is supposed to have one more major scene with Jon Snow this season (per the actor). Being that she's from Mir, she has the ability to revive people from the dead, and we all know that she wants Jon Snow alive. I mean, she showed him her breasts, of course she wants him alive.

My predictions to wrap up the season....

- Dragons are freed and Dany plus Tyrion look strong. (ep 9)

- Jon Snow cliffhanger possible death from one of his comrades (prob Olly) (ep 10)

- Ramsey tries to kill/kidnap Shireen and Mel/Selyse put her out of her misery before it happens since Mel wants to anyway (mothers mercy) (ep 10)

- Cersei walk of shame (ep 10)

- Lady Stoneheart (ep 10) Michelle Fairley originally listed as cast as (hooded women) and then it was pulled.

or thats how I would do it anyway.....

I saw season 1, but none since. Is there anywhere to catch up? Netflix?

If you're a subscriber of HBO, you can get the HBO go app, and watch them there. If not, I think you can go to 1channel.ch and watch the episodes there for free, though you may run into some pop-ups as you direct your way to the links where you can watch the show.

The TV show show differs from the books in numerous ways. I was only giving some basic information about Jon Snow that a quick searched provided. I am aware there are a half dozen theories about his possible mother and didn't feel it necessary to mention them in a brief synopsis of the character.

Yeah, if the official narrative is true then the rest of the story doesn't make much sense. Anything is possible, I guess. Anyway, people should check it out.
