That was heartbreaking. As a Celtics fan I'm crushed. As a human being I am sad for the kid. Goes to show how quickly a season can change. That poor kid has a battle ahead of him both physically and mentally. I wish him all the best.that was about as gross as it gets.
I wish him a full recovery.
Better to be battling while resting on piles and piles of money, tho. That was heartbreaking. As a Celtics fan I'm crushed. As a human being I am sad for the kid. Exactly, which is why I will never disagree with a kid who decides to leave early for the NBA or NFL.Better to be battling while resting on piles and piles of money, tho.
He's a 27 year old multimillionaire, not a "poor kid." It's certainly unfortunate for him ( and for Celtics fans), but I think he'll be ok.That was heartbreaking. As a Celtics fan I'm crushed. So the wealthy don't feel pain? Man, I should have studied harder at Northwestern. He's a 27 year old multimillionaire, not a "poor kid." It's certainly unfortunate for him ( and for Celtics fans), but I think he'll be ok.
I guess I flinch at the idea of calling an 8th year NBA player a "kid". Sure, we're old by comparison, but he's not Peter Pan. Are Kyrie and Kawhi "kids"? They've got a year less experience than Gordon does. He's a grown man who will be able to handle the injury just fine.So the wealthy don't feel pain? Man, I should have studied harder at Northwestern.
