a charity I contribute to annually. Matthew 25: Ministries has been recognized as the TIME101 Honoree for 2025, nominated by Procter & Gamble. They are recognized for their global impact, serving people in need here and abroad. The letter states:
"This recognition reflects our dedication to fulfilling our mission to care for "the least of these" as Matthew 25:40 calls us to do. Our commitment to offering help and hope to the poorest of the poor and disaster victims, regardless of race, creed, or political affiliation, remains at the heart of everything we do. Whether serving the needs of areas experiencing extreme poverty or crisis, or whether disaster strikes, our goal is to relieve suffering and restore hope for those experiencing hardship. Through the products we ship or the services we provide while on deployment, we work to provide for essential needs and to restore a sense of normalcy."
When you are thinking about giving a little back to something bigger than ourselves, please think about giving some to the Matthew 25: Ministries charity. For TIME to recognize and honor them, that says a lot. When I researched them, I found very little of donations goes to administration. Nearly all goes to programs. They are headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, which is where Procter & Gamble is headquartered. P & G certainly know the good that this charity in their backyard is doing.
Thank you.
