This part is especially hilarious:

In that case, the NCAA could have saved everyone a lot of time and money by just asking Good ol' Roy for his thoughts on the matter.

Minnesota had their final four trip vacated for a tutor writing a couple papers for 4 or 5 players. NC has widespread academic fraud for 20 plus years to keep bball players eligible and get nothing.
By this ruling, Rick Petino would have been alright as long as hookers were provided to the whole student body.
