OT: Issues posting/embedding pics on forum…

Both the app and the mobile website have the tool icons to embed pics, change font, etc. greyed out so I am not able to add pics/gifs to posts unless copied/pasted directly into the body of the post. Is there a setting I have disabled or something? Feel like this is a recent issue…
