Take it every morning as do my wife and 4 year old. I have a good friend who has made it to the upper levels doing it as a business. They have a good program if you have children too. Kids get the product for free as long as an adult is taking it. You only pay shipping. It is more expensive than your OTC vitamins but they have the research to back their ingredients and their product. I'd be happy to put you in touch with my friend if you have further questions.

In a roundabout way, yes...my understanding is that it's fruits & vegetables dehydrated down to powder form and put into a capsule. I bought it direct, but have no intention of getting in on the MLM side of it
