To play pond hockey you have to hear the ice creek. Fall on your face because the ice won’t hold the blade. And jump over some tree roots. Gary Bettman would never risk hockey mom’s children with that. Just another marketing thing for him.

Didn’t see any of the game, how was the ice? I know they’ve come a long way in being able to keep the ice playable, but low 50s temps and nhl skating, really?!?!?
