It's almost certainly going to be granted and it probably should be. From everything I know about the California case, he should be in a California prison for the rest of his life, but he was acquitted, and now he's in a Nevada prison for a Nevada crime, and he's served ample time for that offense. The guidelines all but mandate his parole, and that's what should happen.
I watched his original verdict when he was criminally acquitted of the double murder he was found civilly responsible for. (I still think he was acquitted so LA wouldn't burn again so soon after the 92 riots).

I'd think that YWHW, being perfect and all, would like his steak medium/medium-rare. However, there's burnt offering requirement to factor in, so I dunno.
I remember that trial being the focal point of the Today Show and every talk show/news show every single day leading up to that verdict. I have no desire to ever watch that mini-series or anything about this guy or that case again.
He shoulda never been in prison. He was only trying to get his stuff back.

I believe I read he receives around a $20,000 month pension. Which is tax free and can't be touched.

I named my dog (pup) O.J. when I was a kid. Mostly blue tick, lil' bit of beagle, if you're wonderin'. He could sure find a baseball in the weeds. Turned my homin' pigeons into homeless piles of feathers too. Got run over chasin' tail. Wish I'd named him after someone else. He was a good dog.

OJ has a disease for attention. The best thing for him is to move somewhere completely different outside a big city and stay away from the limelight. However, he wants to go back to FL (think Miami). No doubt he will be right back in the spotlight when he can. Whether he gets in trouble or not who knows. I think he is a big POS, but he should not be kept in jail for the crime he is in there for.
Had to escort that bastard around Churchill Downs several years ago on Derby day when I worked there. What a POS. People were jeering him as we tried to get him to his limo. Spent a couple of hours with him. Never said thanks and definitely didn't tip. I guess I should feel fortunate he didn't slit my throat.
