Why the "uh oh", o welder o'dog?

Your posting history indicates a predilection for the inane; was I wrong to suspect appreciation was paired with it?
Yeah, I’m pretty restricted to the inane, because I don’t know as much about wrestling as you other guys, but I still want to participate! šŸ˜€ The ā€œuh ohā€ was just a red flag regarding ā€œsixth gradeā€. It was a good roast if everyone is cool and likes each other, but it has the danger to get us into back-and-forth name calling or meta discussion about good versus bad posting, which tends to be boring and inane, in the way that this post is a meta-discussion that is boring and inane . šŸ˜€

ā€œIt’s like a finger pointing to the sky. Don’t look at the finger, or you will miss the heavenly glory.ā€ Discussion of good vs bad posting is discussion of the finger. Which Bruce Lee’s character warned against.

This is a 6th grade retort.

"Myopic" was a 12th-grade word usage, but you stumbled backward with this lame ole saw.
Of course it was. I had to make sure that I could communicate on your comfort level. Thanks for your contribution. You are the human equivalent of a participation trophy.

In other wrestler āž”ļø MMA news, former Fresno State AA Josh Hokit is apparently making some noise.

I train with 3 guys who had a cup of tea in the NFL. One of them is a monster (https://byucougars.com/sports/football/roster/player/handsome-tanielu) who's been involved in MMA since he was in diapers, but his wife would kill him if he ever stepped foot in a cage.

Not sure where to put this but Gable just booked his first mma fight
I’m anxiously awaiting his tryouts for the Blue Man Group after flaming out in MMA

IMO his foray into MMA will be short. Will be interesting to see how he deals with striking as he'll have a significant length disadvantage against most top heavyweights.
DC did as well and he was quite successful. Gable could be great but I doubt he will put in the work

DC and Couture are the two exceptions in UFC history who generally had length disadvantages yet were very successful at heavyweight. Gable is a different level athletically than either of those two, but he hasn't shown the mindset/resilience that made them legends.

Henry Cejudo did not seem to show a good mindset, based on the news coverage, after he won the Olympics. I got the feeling that he thought he could just live off the gold medal. At some point, he decided he wanted to do MMA, and buckled down. Maybe (hopefully) a similar decision to dedicate to a goal can happen for Steveson.
