OT: Problems with BTN+ Auto renewal

Is anyone here having a problem with your Monthly School Pass not automatically renewing.
Seems that at the end of every month I get a cancellation notice and I have to re-subscribe.
Apparently BTN+ turned over the billing process to a company called Cleeng and their customer service is
awful.

Cancelling my subscription seemed to work.

I wanted to go from the monthly pass to the full year plan and was a mess.
Ended up cancelling everything. Waited a month and resubscribed for the year. But when was on the monthly plan did not have any issues
