If its anything like any of the other gov appointees, they will vote for their own self interest, could not care less about the whims of what alumni actually want, will use it to hob knob with the other power players on the board and then pat themselves on the back when they inevitably saddle the university with more debt and investment fees that are wildly above market.

Don't know if Barry can answer that question. Assuming the OLD Guard BOT is monitoring this forum; they may try to bring him up on charges (new amendments) again in accordance with the new by-laws.
