OT: Read and non read topics

Is it just on my end or is it a glitch but the topics that I’ve read is black and the ones I haven’t is red, but when I return later or refresh the page it’s still the same way and the newest post at the top but still black and red making it look like I’ve read the new post but haven’t.I tried marking the forum read and it’s still the same way.when marked read,they all should be black but isn’t.
