When I was a freshman in 1966 the electric in our dorm would occasionally go of for a few seconds. The upper classmen would tell us it was due to an inmate getting electrocuted. A few frosh believed it.

I wonder what the PSU BOT has already arranged. 🤔. By the time these things get announced, something has already been agreed to.

The Shapiro administration has not detailed plans for the property. • Penn State said it is “interested in how the property will be used in the future” given its proximity to campus, but stopped short of confirming plans to acquire any land.

Might the state of Pennsylvania, in cooperation with Penn State, announce the formation of a new Borough named Agra which is to serve as the new home for the PSU President? 🤔
