OT: RoofingContractor down the shore

We have run the roofing gamut in South Monmouth. Whatever you do, if you compare estimates, make sure the estimates are detailed and comparable. For example, the company I went with did not include drip edge in their quote or in their job. Considering the number of other projects we had going on, we did not notice until after the fact.
In our experience, All County Exteriors does an excellent job. Their quotes are detailed and they explain everything in the quote if you ask.

If one contractor's quote is significantly lower than the other quotes, there is probably a good reason for that.

All County did my development’s siding and some roofs. They did an excellent job. Coffey Brothers had started on the roofs and were terrible. We’ve had nothing but trouble with the roofs they did.
