I'm in Grand Cayman and forgot about their roundabouts. They have to be Top 5 in the world for the overwhelming number of roundabouts.

No incidents yet.

I wish there was one at 130th and I St (just north of Sam's Club) and between Home Depot & Target at 126th Plz.

Both can be nightmares to get through.

I dont remember what city it is. But if you take the trip from Omaha to Minneapolis, you end up in some city that is literally a gridlock of round abouts.

I hate that place. Whomever the **** it is...

Don't mind em. If done right they work. Ireland, most of them work really well. Iceland most work really well too aside from the multi lane ones in Reykjavik that didn't make sense.

The idiots who don't like them/don't know how to drive make a great argument for doing away with them. Saw a diesel pickup truck swerve through one going south on 70th & Yankee Hill road. Never slowed down. Same seen it time and again on 56th as well. There seems to be a high percentage of dumbasses who drive north-south on those two roads who do not understand what "yield" means.

My biggest issue with them it goes against what you are taught learning how to drive, in the Stone Age I was taught you yield to the person to your right and round about are just the opposite

The roundabouts are much more challenging when I'm driving on the left side of the road and the steering wheel and driver controls are on the right.

Never really thought of it that way. The only time I don’t care for them is pulling equipment or a trailer. They aren’t as fun with large vehicles or long trailers

The one they tried at 114th and Lincoln Rd was asinine. They tried to squeeze it into the size of a typical residential intersection. I think larger pickups didn't even have a small enough turning radius to make the circle. I am pretty sure they took it back out and put it back to a four way stop. Also, try going through the two next to Gretna East on 186th Street when school lets out. I think the one on Camelback Ave. has to be the mother of all roundabouts. I bet some roads engineer somewhere is pretty proud of that one. And, don't get me started on the double diamond intersections . . .

Where I'm at, there is a couple of mile stretch that takes you from an interstate to a 4 lane highway. There was one stoplight and traffic backed up there for a few hours every day in both dirctions. An overpass was put it for through traffic and a roundabout services the original roadway. Traffic no longer stops at all.

Exactly, driven Ireland on two different trips. At first I followed other people through them and hoped they weren't American too

If any of you are fans. Visit Yankee Hill from 40th to 84th in Lincoln. I thought about trying to count them up, but that is a lot of calculating. I’m guessing there are 16 minimum… likely more

Three things I hate:

1) NIL
2) Transfer Portal
3) Roundabouts. Especially the two lane ones.

The two lane ones are some dumbfuchery. I’ll give you that.
Only for drivers who don't know how to use them. I'd rather have roundabouts than a stoplight every 500 yards, it's also easier to turn left onto major roadways during the rush hour where there would be no stoplight.

Lincoln I believe has the third most roundabouts in the US. For the most part Lincoln drivers know how to use them the correct way...it's always those number county license plates that stop in the roundabout, or are too timid to enter them.

That’s the problem. You’re entering a scenario where people don’t know what the **** they’re doing. Doesn’t feel safe.

People these days do not know what yield even means or they just don't give a ****.
