I will still watch if it’s free or when it’s on the net an hour afterwards just to see if they tried to fight

This is comical in a way

if George would finally fight Larry, all questions would be answered

RJJ wouldn’t be able to cut a promo with his CTE. He was everywhere in his comments when he was working for HBO.

Tyson might be the heavyweight champ who took the least punishment during his career. The vast majority of his fights were short and his head movement was so absurd opponents rarely landed a square punch. Also because of his size and stance and ability to fight in close quarters fighters had trouble generating much force with their longer arms.

Compared to Ali, who always had longer fights and was willing to sacrifice his body for punishment.

I was a huge RJJ fan but looking back he didn't have the best competition.

I think RJJ fought more quality opponents during his time active vs Tyson. Tyson came in when the division was at its weakest and when he came back, he got embarrassed in prime time PPV by Holyfield twice and Lennox Lewis. He never even got to face Riddick Bowe and an Michael Moorer.

RJJ just didn’t know when the hang the gloves up and go out as a champion and top notch boxer. You could say the same for Tyson when he did that small comeback after the Lewis fight.

You cant let Tyson punch you for an entire fight. He's not like Foreman. His punches are too sharp.

Ali would use a different technique against Tyson. Ali was smart enough to have a different game plan against everyone he fought. Also had heck of a knockout punch himself.

I consider Ali the best ever, but I think Tyson in his prime was the most unstoppable.

Yeah no doubt. But we rarely saw hm go past 2 or 3 rounds. If Tyson got you in a corner or against the ropes you might as well kiss the floor cause you were ending up there.

I think Tyson could be the best heavyweight champion EVER. Tyson Fury that is-hahaha. The guy is 6’9” and can box and has a cast iron jaw With great feet. The 6”9” is something you just can’t teach. If he beats Joshua, I think he has a case cause he’s beat Klitchko, Wilder, and then it would be Joshua. Oh and he never lost a heavyweight fight with only one BS draw.

And Not to debate Tyson vs Ali but Tyson fought more setups than any heavyweight ever in his early years. Then after prison he fought an HGH fueled Evander Holyfield (google Evan Fields) and a Lennox Lewis (who I believe was clean and was the most skilled heavyweight of his time imo) and got beat every round. Buster Douglas (42:1 underdog) destroyed the intimidation factor with Tyson. Tyson was never the same after Tokyo.

as for Ali he fought before Steroids and HGH were common place and he took punches from Foreman and Frazier, the mouth had a jaw. He paid for it the last 30 years of his life-Parkinson’s Disease.

Foreman was the smartest boxer ever. He made a lot of his money by putting his name on a grill that every home in America has (Hulk Hogan turned that down btw in favor of a vitamins deal). George never took head damage and having met him once he was very sharp. He also has the biggest fist and wrist I’ve ever seen on a 6’4” man.

Anyways, my prediction is Roy Jones will box Tyson and win a decision.
