Been in Gulf Shores since first of February and per local nightly sports Auburn's Gus is on a extremely hot seat!
Far as lil Bobby P, isn't there a gentlemen agreement by SEC a.ds. not to hire him?

You expect Auburn to honor a gentleman's agreement when football is involved, and Bama is winning NCs and they aren't?

I kind of read a lot of inferences to that.....there were a quite a few of the fan base who were wanting Petrino after Joker, but there was a kickback because of wanting to show support for the Arkansas decision.

Well the difference is that AU has zero ethics,they don't care if one of their athletes can pick his name out of a group of 10 words, if he can rush the qb, catch or throw the ball he graduates, via independent study. If he can win games they could care less about him morals. They wrote the book on cheating and being dirty, everyone else just follows them. They pioneered the paying off in casino chips with a "special" slot machine only recruits and their family can play at particular times.
