He coaches in the MAC. Not sure if that's what you're getting at, but I'll go ahead and give that hint out.

Solid guess. If I were an AD in the MAC, I would strongly consider him. This guy is coaching fairly close to Tressell's old stomping grounds.
As an assistant, he also won 3 national titles at the same school that he helped lead to a BCS title game.
