The Master's is this week. Hopefully hart2chesson is reading. Who finished second in the Master's in 1983, 86 and 97? He wore thick glasses and used to advertise a stretching machine that looked like a torture device. The winners in those years were Ballesteros, Nicklaus and Woods

Name the current MLB umpire who qb'd his college team to the final game of the NAIA championship only to lose to Abilene Christian led by future NFL players Clint Longley of Dallas Cowboy's and Wilbert Montgomery of the Eagles and Lions. OFC

Cowboy Joe West? I know that he played at Elon and ECU. I assumed that he was a lineman. If correct, what did he weigh as a QB?

That is correct and you are up. No he played QB. Not sure about the weight. He was around 6 foot tall and I would say 165 or 170. He wore #14 and did gather team MVP honor in 1973 . He held three team passing records for over 20 years while at Elon. He has performed at The Grand Ole Opry and has sung with Mickey Gilley, Johnny Lee and Merle Haggard. Was going to play at East Carolina for Mike McGee but left after McGee resigned. He is infamously known for being one of the most controversial umps ever and got into a shoving match with Yankee manager Joe Torre. OFC

skysdad, I learned something a couple of months ago when you asked about Rich McGeorge, the Elon and Green Bay TE. I tried to remember, but had to Google just now

What was the name of the ACC basketball official who was more comedian than referee? He graduated from Duke in 1947. His last name ended in a vowel and was appropriate for a man who could be heard from great distance

Who is the career rushing leader for the New England Patriots? The only NFL team he played for was the Patriots. Career lasted from 1973 to 1982. In college, he played for Southern Cal. His much Young brother had an even better career playing QB for the Philadelphia Eagles and then the Minnesota Vikings

Sam Bam Cunningham! He was really good at jumping over the line from the one yard line for USC. His little brother is QB Randall Cunningham. Today, Randall Cunningham's daughter is an Olympic High Jumper. Well done, hart2chesson

Keeping it in Augusta, there are three men who hold the record for most consecutive Masters wins with two. Jack Nicklaus, Tiger Woods and what other golfer?
