Honestly, I don't see any way for the state to make up the budget shortfall without raising some taxes somewhere. The key is finding the right transaction/product to tax.

Tax what? The economy as a whole is shot. Now we want to increase taxes? On who? It's only going to drive more business out of state.

I don't have a problem with paying a little more in taxes. I think Justice knows that we need to attract more business's which in turn will grew revenues. He also knows it will take time to do it.

The wife keeps WVPR on in the kitchen 24/7. I heard part of it while rustling up something to eat before the ballgame. I haven't heard a man talk more and say less since the days of Arch Moore.

Lets hope he can get things done like Arch did before he was set up and railroaded.
