Happy Derby Day everyone! So I listen to KSR regularly and I heard a promo they had going for TVG that if you spend up to 200 dollars on the derby you get that money back if you lose and if you win you keep it? I could be wrong on all this if anyone has the details it would be much appreciated! Go Big Blue!

I like the KSR guys but they’re being pretty deceitful to the audience when they act like the don’t know how TVG is making money off of it and just giving away free money.

I’m not an online gambling expert but if this was the case wouldn’t they have to explain that in the terms and conditions? It doesn’t say anything about getting credits, just says they will deposit a $200 bonus into your account.

Bonus Payout Determination: If your Eligible Wager loses, you will receive a bonus equal to the amount wagered in your Eligible Wager, up to a maximum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) (the “Promotion Bonus”). If your Eligible Wager wins, you will not receive any Promotion Bonus. The Promotion Bonus may only be used for wagering on your TVG Account and may not otherwise be withdrawn from your TVG account. Any unused portion of the Bonus will be automatically withdrawn from your TVG Account thirty (30) days after receipt of the Promotion Bonus.
