He'll be hired to coach a second tier school in a first rate conference. Like Oregon State or something.

I've seen teams like Oregon State and Nebraska as possible landing points for Urban down the road - forget that idea. His obvious strength in CF is recruiting and he won't be going to a school if he ever does return - with a weak recruiting base. States like California, Texas, Florida, Georgia, Ohio and Louisiana - maybe. Personally. I think he's done coaching and returns to being a soorts announcer

I hate him as much as anyone but he was awesome on TV. Broke down the game better than anyone IMO
