Tom Hiddleston does a great job with Loki and Josh Brolin's Thanos is also really well done.
Although he was not a "superhero" as presently defined, for me he was the greatest hero of my youth and he acted the part, both on and off the screen, with dignity and honor. The Lone Ranger (Clayton Moore).

Hands down.....no contest! Not only the best superhero, but also delivered 3 of the best lines in movies. I mean, besides the 3 great lines, who can simply say "I reckon" better than anyone in the business.
