Possibly a aide effect of getting older but I am not very "food driven". Favorite is bacon on most anything. Most especially, though, with two eggs (over medium) biscuits and brown gravy. Sadly, nobody takes t he time anymore to make good gravy. They call it "sawmill" gravy or "sausage" gravy.

I suspect any cook who put that kind of gravy on the table in front of any actual sawmill worker would soon be wearing it.
Good, country gravy is so easy to prepare it is a travesty none of the restaurants bother to do it right. Still, with bacon, eggs and biscuits it is my favorite food.
